The Tir Na Greine School of Irish Dance evolved due to an overwhelming demand in the Irish Communities throughout the state of Florida. The school was opened 1994 by Laura O'Sullivan and Maureen Armstrong in Orlando, followed by West Palm Beach & soon after Melbourne.

The name Tir Na Greine (Pronounced 'tear' 'na' -'gran-ya') is Gaelic for "Land of Sunshine", appropriate, we think, for a dance school in the 'sunshine state'.

Tir Na Greine has locations in Stuart, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton.  The school continues to grow with students ranging from ages 5+, levels beginner to championship.  While competing isn't mandatory, TNG grooms regional, national, and world level qualifying dancers every year!

The dance school is available for hire throughout the year to do shows.  We have performed at:

*Festivals *Country Clubs *Weddings *Pubs *Private functions *Parades *Libraries *Senior Living Communites *Birthdays...Etc.
